The hotel is located in a busy downtown district, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is easily accessible by public transport and is close to the metro station. Guests enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and Victorian design. 

Well appointed and spacious rooms.

Charged nearly $200usd for laundry, a few shirts, underwear and socks(express service, no ironing). Overcharging for laundry is standard for hotels but this was sharp practice and price gouging. Also the hotel would not allow us to check in until 3 pm but had clean rooms available at 11 am. They offered these rooms to us if we paid half the nightly rate! Sharp practice and price gouging again. Very unsatisfactory, avoid this hotel.

Really great hotel, very opulent and while a bit cheesy with the Viennese style decor through the lobby and rooms, it was executed very well. Brilliant bathrooms with ultra luxurious automatic toilets :-) and great 

We absolutely loved this place! The location is fantastic, right beside the elevated highway in a busy downtown district. It was so convenient for us to travel around as the bus station and MRT station were just a 5-minute walk 

Great facility, very clean, good breakfast, although few Minutes walk to Metro train station, overall is very good to recommend

The location of the hotel was great for me. I found it to be clean and nicely structured, with decently sized rooms. The breakfast was also top-rated and the staff were friendly. I particularly enjoyed the interesting automation in the bathroom. 

Located in a bustling district, this hotel is conveniently situated between two MRT stations with plenty of dining options nearby. The spacious rooms offer interesting features such as electronically controlled toilet seats and big baths with separate shower 

Spent my Xmas here. Had a great time! The rooms were really spacious and had a nice mix of modern and traditional décor. The location was ideal - close to many cafes and restaurants, and an easy walk
